Ingredients For Rajgira kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1.Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add almonds, cashewnuts and raisins and saute for 2 minutes.
  • 2. 2.Add rajgira and saute on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. 3.Add 3 cups milk and cook, stirring continuously, till milk thickens.
  • 4. 4. Add remaining milk and mix well.
  • 5. 5.Add sugar and mix well.
  • 6. 6.Pour the kheer into serving bowls, and serve warm.
