Methods
  • 1. Boil potatoes, let it cool completely. Peel off and mash it in a bowl.
  • 2. Add rajgira flour, salt and black pepper. Mix the whole material.
  • 3. Add water if required to knead the dough. The dough should not be sticky.
  • 4. On a dusted work surface make small sized puris, neither thin nor thick and fry them in a hot oil.
  • 5. Drain them on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
  • 6. Serve with Aallu ki sabhi and curd.
