  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan
  • 2. Add rajgira atta and fry on medium low heat until it turns brown.
  • 3. Keep stirring continuously
  • 4. Add milk and cook all the milk is soaked by the flour
  • 5. Add sugar and cook until halwa turns dark brown in colour
  • 6. Add cardamom powder and mix well
  • 7. Garnish with almond and pistachios
  • 8. Serve hot.
