Ingredients For Rice cutlet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For making batter:- firstly take a clean bowl, add cooked rice into the bowl and mash the rice with the help of masher.
  • 2. Then in mashed rice add boil mashed potato, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped beans, salt, chili powder, dry mango powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, haldi powder, hing and bread crumbs in it and make the thick batter like chapati.
  • 3. Then take whole purpose flour on a plate, and bread crumbs into the another plate.
  • 4. Then grees your hands with the oil and take some pitthi and make the shape of cultet. And then coat it with flour and bread crumbs and keep in the fridge for half an hour to get set.
  • 5. After then switch on the flame and keep the heavy base kadhai on the flame and put the oil into fhe kadhai.
  • 6. When the oil is getting hot so deep fry your cutlet till golden brown. After then serve it with tomato sauce or chai.
