  • 1. In mixer jar, grind roasted chana dal into fine powder, sieve it in mixing bowl.
  • 2. In another mixing bowl take sugar and clarified butter, whisk it until turn creamy.
  • 3. Add prepared chana dal powder in it. Mix it well until it turn into dough.
  • 4. Take amla size portion from dough. Make balls and flatten in between palm. Garnish with pistachios or saffron thread.
  • 5. No cook/No fire/No gas instant roasted chana dal peda is ready to eat. Serve and enjoy.
