Ingredients For Sabudana khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana for 3 hours . But water should be at the level of sabudana.
  • 2. Take a pan. Add oil.
  • 3. Add cumin seeds once the oil gets heated.
  • 4. Add slices of potato and cook it by adding salt.
  • 5. Add raw Peanuts, chopped green chillies.
  • 6. Add sabudana , sprinkle salt, red chilly powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, lemon juice and mix them well .
  • 7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve it hot.
