Sabudana Thalipeeth Recipe

It’s a very common maharashtrian breakfast recipe. Made using sabudana pearls and set potatoes, this soft thalipeeth is usually enjoyed with sweet peanut curd and serves as a very good Falhaari recipe.

Ingredients For Sabudana Thalipeeth Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients
  • 2. Divide into 10 equal portions
  • 3. Grease a plastic sheet/ baking paper with some ghee
  • 4. Place it on a clean flat surface
  • 5. Put one dough ball on it and flatten it with your greased hands into a round circle
  • 6. Make a hole in the center using your finger
  • 7. Transfer thalipeeth onto a hot greased tawa, remove baking paper
  • 8. Apply ghee on top side
  • 9. Flip and cook from both sides till it turns golden brown from both sides
  • 10. Serve immediately with sweet curd
