Ingredients For Saffron Basundi With RoohAfza Sandesh Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan . Add milk and milkmaid . Heat for 30 minutes in low flame . Add chopped almonds, pistachios, and cardamon powder.
  • 2. When it becomes thick add saffron milk in it . When became more thik your Saffron Basundi is ready .
  • 3. In a pan, first add malted white chocolate, milk powder . Now add milkmaid . Make a thik paste of it cook for 4 minutes. Now add ghee . Cook for more 2 minutes.
  • 4. When it becomes separate from pan ,turn of the gas . Now take it two different bowl . Add rooh afza in one bowl . Other bowl add crush chocolate. Make Small cube of it . Your Sandesh is ready .
