Recipe Notes

Do not lift the cookies when it is hot as it will brake down. My dry fruit powder contains almond, cashewnuts, flexseeds, pumpkin seeds and walnut.

Ingredients For Sattu Cookies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the oats for 1 minute on very low flame. Cool it down to room temperature and grind to a fine powder
  • 2. Take ghee and jaggery in a mixing bowl add beat it well.
  • 3. Add sattu, oats powder, dry fruit powder and combine well. Make it like a soft dough.
  • 4. Make small balls of it and flatten it like a cookie.
  • 5. Keep it on tray lined it with parchment paper
  • 6. Shape all the cookies in similar way. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  • 7. preheat oven to 180°C for 10 mins If using air fryer preheat to 200°C for 8 mins
  • 8. Keep baking tray in oven to 170°C for 20 mins If using air fryer 180°C for 10 mins.
  • 9. Once completely cool down, lift it from tray and store in airtight container.
