Start by boiling 1 cup water in pot add oil and salt in it. Once the water is boiled turn off the flame and add semolina (suji) to it. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, you'll see semolina will puff up.

In another bowl peel and mash boiled potatoes

Add puffed semolina in it. Now also add other ingredients salt, green chillies. Mix all well in a dough

Put the pan on gas, turn on flame to medium. Until then pour oil in a small bowl to Grease your hands

Take a small lump from the dough and start making long shaped fingers

Check if the oil is hot and then add prepared fingers to fry. Keep the flame medium high. Keep making and frying them in batches of 5-7

Once done starin the oil by holding the handle over the edge of frying pan
8.
Take out the crispy finger, keep in a plate with tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
9.
Crispy semolina fries is ready. Serve with ketchup
