Ingredients For SHEER KHURMA KULFI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Add Vermicelli to a skillet and dry roast until medium brown in color
  • 2. Add milk, cream and almond powder and boil until it thickens (7-8 minutes)
  • 3. Add condensed milk and boil on a low flame for a couple minutes
  • 4. Add cardamom powder, rose water, saffron and mix well
  • 5. Transfer to a bowl and cool.
  • 6. Transfer to Kulfi moulds and freeze for 6-7 hours.
  • 7. To serve, dip the Kulfi moulds in warm water for few seconds and unmould. Top with chopped Pistachio, dried Rose Petals and Enjoy!
