Ingredients For Spinach frittata recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper and garlic powder and keep aside.
  • 2. In a pan, add the butter. Heat it and add chopped onions. Let them be translucent.
  • 3. Now add chopped baby spinach leaves into the pan and cook until the spinach lightly be wilted.
  • 4. In the egg mixture, pour the sautéed onion and spinach. Add shredded cheese and mix them well.
  • 5. Pour the mixture in an oven proof pan. In 350degree F preheated oven, bake it for 15minutes, or until the egg mixture do not jiggle in the middle.
  • 6. Let it be little cool down, take it off from the oven and cut into slices.
