Firstly take ragi, wash a couple of times then soak with water for 6-7 hours. Then drain water from ragi and transfer to a Muslin cloth

Once the water drains out tie it up with all four corners and keep it in warmer place 12 hours for sprouting. After 12 hours it's will be fully sprouted

Now take sprouted Ragi wash a couple times Next take mixer jar add the sprouted Ragi and some water .grind it Next take one bowl add the curd and water .make smooth and soft curd Now add the grind ragi sprouted and semolina mix it well

Now add gradually water or as requirements Batter are readyNow add the salt and eno in it mix well itGrease idali stand with oil
5.
And pour the batter in idali stand .steam for 15 minutesNow delicious sprouts ragi idali is ready for serve
