Ingredients For Stuffed coco Potli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a large bowl add all purpose flour and 2 tbsp of ghee mix it well add 1 cup of water and make a tight dough.keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Take a another bowl add coconut and condensed milk and mix it well make sure mixture is thick in consistency. Then add chopped dry fruits(almond,cashews,walnuts etc )and mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
  • 3. Roll a small roti to make a kachori from the dough, Put some stuffing in the center of roll and shape it like a potli .
  • 4. Add sufficient ghee in deep fry pan and turn on low flame.fry potli one by one till golden brown in color.potlis are ready to serve.after cool it keep it in airtight container.
