Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom kadai and put ghee in it. Heat it.
  • 2. Now add suji n roast it well. Now take jaggery in a pan and add water.
  • 3. Make jaggery syrup, it should be like honey texture.
  • 4. Now put the required amount of jaggery syrup into the suji.
  • 5. Add elachi powder n chopped dry fruits. Saute it well till it leaves the kadai.
  • 6. Now take the mixture in a plate n let it cool slightly.
  • 7. Make ladoos n serve.
