Sukhdi is alike fudge made with staple ingredients – jaggery, whole wheat flour, and desi ghee.Its a traditional gujarati sweet dish and can be prepared in no time.

First, prepare the tray, plate, or thali to set the sukhdi. Grease the tray (bottom and sides) well with a little bit of ghee.

Take the ghee in a pan and turn the heat on low-medium. Once the ghee is melted and gets slightly hot, add wheat flour (atta).

Firstly lumps will be formed .keep on stirring and breaking lumps constantly with spatula.after around 10 minutes flour will start to loosen up and become light and fluffy.

Keep on stirring for another 8 to 10 minutes or till it becomes light golden brown. Ghee will be seperated. Swich off the flame and keep on stirring for another 1 minute.

Now add jaggery and combine everything well. Pour it into the prepared plate and spread it evenly with the help of back side of katori.
6.
After 8 to 10 minutes cut into desired shape and garnish it with chopped almonds. Let it cool completely and then transfer it in to an airtight container.
