Edible and immunity booster gold
I can say it is edible gold . Because jaggery is very beneficial for our body.the product is best quality and I make jadariyu ,adadiya, laddoo, kachariyu,winter vasana,etc. They are really tastes very good with the product.evwn my kids love to eat by spreading jaggery and ghee in chapati,make roll and enjoy.

It is very light in colour. And this jaggery has very pleasing flavour. It adds good and delicious flavour to all delicacies. This can be stored for long time too.
