First, all the balls should be of the same size and weight so that it bakes evenly. Second, pre-heat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes.

Methods
  • 1. Cream the butter and the sugar, until pale and fluffy.
  • 2. Whisk the eggs and start adding it into the butter mixture slowly, while the creaming should continue.
  • 3. Add in the flour raisins, chopped walnuts and choco chips, and mix it with soft hands, making it into a dough.
  • 4. Make small balls of the dough, and coat it with crushed cornflakes, and place it on the baking tray.
  • 5. Now cover the balls with a cling wrap and refrigerate it for 20 minutes
  • 6. After 20 minutes, bake it at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
