Eggs can be substituted with ¼ cup curd, brown sugar can be substituted with Jaggery powder.

Ingredients For Oats Cranberry Cookies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the butter and add the brown sugar and whisk till creamy and fluffy.
  • 2. Use a hand whisk.
  • 3. Add egg ,cinnamon pwdr and whisk again.
  • 4. Make sure the egg is incorporated well.
  • 5. Add the baking powder,baking soda and the whole wheat flour and whisk again.
  • 6. Add the oats,cranberries and the sliced pistachios and gently fold everything together.
  • 7. Divide the dough into equal balls around 14 to 16.They should be 2 inches in size.
  • 8. Place them on a baking tray leaving 1 inch space in between as the cookies will spread.
  • 9. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180⁰ C for 14 to 15 minutes.
  • 10. Remove them from the oven and let them cool on a cooling rack.
  • 11. These are soft chewy cookies so do not over bake them.They will be soft from inside.
