1.
Soak the chia seeds with a cup of water for 15mins. Then divide it in two bowls. Mix beetroot juice in one bowl & mix moringa powder in another bowl. Keep aside.

Take curd, chopped apple in a mixing jar & blend it well

Soak the poha with little water for 5 mins.Then strain the excess water & mix curd apple mixture in poha.Mix it well & keep it in fridge for few minutes.

Take a long serving glass now. Add some ice cubes. Pour 2tbspn beetroot-chia seeds mixture over it.

Add poha-curd mixture to make the second layer.
6.
For third layer add some chopped apple & pomegranate. Any kind of fruits can be added as per your choice.
7.
Finally add 1tbspn moringa-chia mixture topping with a fresh cherry.
8.
Keep it in fridge for sometime & enjoy it chilled.
