Flaxseeds should be fresh. Roast all the ingredients on low flame.

Ingredients For Super power Flaxseed Peanut Chilki

Methods
  • 1. Dry Roast the flaxseed, on very low flame for 5-6 minutes. Stir continuesly. Transfer it in a plate to cool down.
  • 2. In same pan roast peanuts on low flame. Till they become brown. Let it cool. Rub it with towel to remove it's outer covering. Keep aside.
  • 3. In the same pan roast til on very low flame till til splutter. Turn off the flame. Let it cool.
  • 4. In a mixer jar add flaxseeds and peanuts. Grind it well.
  • 5. Take a large bowl , add grinded peanuts flaxseeds , til, cardamom powder, ghee and jaggery. Mix it well.
  • 6. In a mixer jar grind this mixture. For few seconds.
  • 7. Take a greased plate . Transfer the mixture in it. Press it with spatula.
  • 8. Keep it aside to set. After 4-5 hrs cut it into pieces.
  • 9. Note-Quantity of jaggery may be use more or less.
