Ingredients For Sweet potato Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the sweet potatoes and peel the skin.
  • 2. Grate the sweet potatoes.
  • 3. Mix the grated sweet potatoes with rice soaked for 3 to 4 hours.
  • 4. Add the remaining ingredients and grind to smooth batter.
  • 5. Heat the dosa pan and spread the batter on the pan with a ladle.
  • 6. Sprinkle oil on the dosa and flip when the dosa becomes crispy.
  • 7. Cook the flipped side for 1 minute. Serve with coconut chutney.
