Take 1cup of aval soak for 10mins in 1/2cup water then add 3/4 cup jaggery, sliced dates,1/4 cup of(moong bean soaked for 6hours), chopped cashews, chopped badam, raisins, grated carrot, pomegranate, caradom powder mix all well then serve for kids, very healthy dish... All kids love to eat...
