Ingredients For Sweet potato stuffed amaranth paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take flour and ¼ tsp rock salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  • 2. Boil water and add to flour.Keep covered for 10 min.
  • 3. Later add oil and knead well.Devide into 3 portions.
  • 4. Mix boiled mashed sweet potato , green chilli, cumin powder and ½ tsp rock salt in a bowl. Divide into 3 parts.
  • 5. Stuff the filling into dough. Seal properly.
  • 6. Dust each ball with amaranth flour.Roll pressing gently with a rolling pin.
  • 7. Heat a tawa. Roast both sides using ghee.
  • 8. Serve hot.
