1.
Scrubbed and wash the sweet potatoes very well. Peel the skin and grate the sweet potatoes.

Heat ghee in a pan. Fry dry fruits till they turn light brown. Remove from heat and keep it in a plate. In the same ghee add grated sweet potatoes And saute for 2 minutes

Add milk and bring to a boil. Continue boiling on medium flame for around 8-10 minutes or till the milk is thickened.

Add suger , cardamom powder and saffron thread . Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. When the kheer is thickened remove from heat . Add some chopped dry fruits . Serve hot garnish with some chopped nuts.
