Ingredients For Thandai pichkari Peda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan. heat ghee and add milk ,milk powder,sugar. Ensure no lumps remain .
  • 2. Switch on the flame. Keep stirring continuously. Add the thandai powder and cardamom powder.
  • 3. Stir till the mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan .
  • 4. Either use a chocolate mould to shape them or simply put in the mould and shape them as pichkari.
  • 5. Spread some silver warak and sprinkle dry rose petals.
