Methods
  • 1. De-seed the water melon chunks and set them aside.
  • 2. Blanch the cucumbers and tomatoes and de-seed them. Chop them into cubes and make puree in a blender.
  • 3. Now add the watermelon chunks and all the remaining ingredients to this blender and blend everything together till smooth.
  • 4. Strain the soup once to get rid of any remaining seeds.
  • 5. Cool it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
