Ingredients For Wheat Malpua Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate the jaggery or powder. Now warm up the water add jaggery to it and mix until melted add the cardamom powder, saffron water itself. Now add liquid to the wheat flour to make a pourable batter. Let the better seat on the countertop for 2-3 hours or more to write before.
  • 2. Now add Jeetu the non stick Pan and sufficient to cover the better completely one sport switch on the flame on medium heat.
  • 3. Let it cool on disturbed for a minute after a minute loosen the malpua at the base . Let it cook until the top is not shiny anymore once the malpua turns deep golden brown take it out of the pan and place it on the dish aligned with an absorbent paper.
  • 4. If you like thin crispy malpuas keep the batter thin always make a portable batter
