Ingredients For Wheat papad /wheat khichiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Crush green chillies then boil 4 cups water in the deep non stick Pan cut across green chillies sesame seeds carom seeds papad ka and salt and let the water come to a rolling boil add wheat flour and mix well with a belan.
  • 2. Take the pan of the heat and divide the mixture into four equal parts and roll into balls flatten a little bit and make hole in the centre it sufficient water in the steamer and steam the prepared disk for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Transfer the 2 balls on a parrot and add oil and need well with the back of a steel katori divide into small portions and apply little oil.
  • 4. Liner papad press with plastic sheet and keep the prepared ball cover with another plastic sheet and press well to make papad sundry the purpose for one day turn the purpose upside down and sundry for one day.
  • 5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the papad one or at a time until crisp drain and absorbent papad and sir you can also roast on direct flame the papad.
