Satisfying product
It is a very nice product. I also sow some of it in soil and I get fresh fenugreek also for my salads. It is a very healthy product which is high on iron. But have to use in really small quantity.

24 Mantra organic - Fenugreek Pack is very good product. Fenugreek is taken by mouth for digestive problems such as loss of appetite, upset stomach, constipation, inflammation of the stomach (gastritis). These seeds can be roasted in oil before preparing gravy.
