Danamethi benefits a lot. So, the lentils look very bitter. But its vegetables do not look bitter at all. And I have made this vegetable by mixing papad in it.

First of all wash and boil the fenugreek seeds. until it blooms. It will be ready by boiling in 10-15 minutes. Now filter it, and wash it with water 2-3 times. Without touching.

Now heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin. Now add all the spices and some water.

Now beat the curd well and add it. And add some water and stir till it comes to a boil. Now add cinnamon. Now bake the papad.
4.
Now cut it into pieces and mix it in the fenugreek. and mix. Add coriander leaves on top. Papad daanamethi ki sabzi is ready.
