Ingredients For Sauteed Broccoli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil 2 cups of water. Add Broccoli and boil it for a minute. Remove it from the flame and strain the water.
  • 2. Pour cold water over broccoli to retain its color ( this process is called Blanching). Strain remaining water and keep it aside.
  • 3. Heat butter in a pan on medium flame. Add garlic and green chillies. Saute till it changes color.
  • 4. Add blanched broccoli, salt & black pepper powder. Saute on high flame for 30 secs.
  • 5. Remove from the flame and serve.
