Ingredients For Raw Mango Launji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan. Boil raw mangoes in water till it turns soft.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add kalonji and saute for 30 seconds.
  • 3. Add jaggery and water. Bring it to boil until jaggery dissolves properly.
  • 4. Now add mango pieces, red chilli powder, and rock salt. Let it simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Raw Mango Launji is ready to serve.
