Good product but not a necessity
I have used this product twice and it turned out to be good. But I would still prefer to make dhokla without using this mix. It is an unnecessary buy from suggestion. It is better to make dhokla from fresh home ingredients rather than a premix like this.

Nice
Making a good khaman dhokala in not an easy thing. So for all those who can't achieve the desired results, this is your rescue. Just follow the instructions and pour an oil based sugar syrup cooked along with mustard seeds and green chilli.

A nice product
Khaman Dhokla by MTR is a good product to buy. However, I prefer to make a fresh batter. As it is hard to get a spongy Khaman Dhokla you can buy this if you are a novice.

Not worth buying
I dont find it good as i can make dhoklas even without this mixture and everybody would prefer ingredients wjich are fresh and not the packed one.

Tasty Product
This is very tasty, easy to make, high in protiens and even kids can make it without any difficulties. I really like this product and I highly recommend this product as well.

Try this out..
This dhokla mix should be there in our pantry as the ready made mix prepares the snack in a jiffy. Quite good for the people who loves to eat dhokla but don't know the method of preparing it from scratch.
Moreover it is a great time saver also.
So go ahead and try this out.

Good product
MTR - Khanan Dhokla is soo good in taste. Its a blessing for me as I live alone. Its easy to make. Packaging is great easy to store. Highly recommended.

Good
MTR khaman dhokla is the perfect mix of instant dhokla . We only need to mix curd in it and dhokla comes out is super fluffy. I recommend this product.

MTR Dhokla just like a spicy cake .
Dhokla was always a nightmare for me ,may be it's not a cup of tea for pakka south Indian like me. But i love dhokla like a pakka gujrati. I tried make it in many different ways but failed to get that fluffiness. At last I found MTR khaman dhokla which made my nightmare into tempting dream. Now iam so confident that i can make it on any occasion. Just follow the steps given at the back of the pouch and you can get a perfect dhokla within no time. But following the instructions is must. Tempering adds a perfect spice and makes it just like sweet and sour cake. MTR Dhokla is rich in protein ,no deep frying , easy to make , easy to serve and didn't stale very soon. As you know steamed food is very healthy. Diet conscious people can skip tempering and add chilli paste ,salt, jeera ,in the batter itself. Once i tried adding crushed peanut along with tempering. I always store in my kitchen shelf so that it can be served as quick snack. My guests also liked it very much and tried making it. Packaging is good and doesn't matter much as it has to be cooked immediately. But the quantity is less when compared to the price. I highly recommend to the dhokla fans , stop buying dhokla from Halwai which contains lot of soda and preservatives , oil and sugar. Go for MTR Dhokla mix , with which you can customise it according to your health conditions and taste priorities. Being a south Indian and a kannadiga i highly recommend it to all the people of North and other parts of India to try MTR products, They are worth buying .
