Dalia is perfect food for breakfast & contains natural proteins, vitamins and minerals, providing a wholesome meal to your entire family. It is a good source of dietary fiber and manganese.

Good quality
Patanjali dalia is made from raw, broken coarse wheat. It contains essential fiber. It can be made as both, sweet or salty, recipes.

My mother used to cook dalia in various ways like dalia upma with veggies overloaded, sweet dalia or plain dalia that we eat with tadke vaali daal. The texture of Patanjali dalia is good but I don’t have a very good experience with it. I bought it two times but both the times when I open the packet a typical smell came out . When seen the expiry date , two months still remained to get it expired. After that I never purchased it and silently switched to other brands.

Grains
Made from raw and broken coarse grain with a high energy content of 360+kcal/100g. The only organic sugar-free product with a good texture and low trans fat. It is very tasteful and can be made into various dishes.

Patanjali Dalia
I must have a bowl of Dalia every alternate day. I like to eat sweet milk Dalia and dalia khichdi as my morning meal. It provides me essential nutrients and I feel energetic throughout the day.
