Ingredients For Dalia Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a wok. Add onion. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Add carrot, green chilli. Saute well.
  • 2. Cook it well on low flame.
  • 3. Add peas. Mix well. Add all the spices. Mix.
  • 4. Add 3 cups of water. Bring it to boil. Add roasted dalia. Mix .
  • 5. Put the flame on low . Let it simmer.
  • 6. Put off the flame when upma is cooked properly.
  • 7. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • 8. Serve hot.
