Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, transfer all the ingredients.
  • 2. Add 4-5 spoons of bread crumbs. Mix well.
  • 3. Take small portion and make tikkis of desired size.
  • 4. Refrigerate these tikkis for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Coat these tikkis with bread crumbs.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry all the tikkis on low medium flame till they become golden brown from both the sides.
  • 7. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
