Rajdhani besan is a good quality product available in the market. It can be used to make both sweet and savoury dishes. Its texture is also perfect.

It is a good product. Pure , healthy and nutritious. Made with desi Chana. Packaging is nice. Keep it in dry place. Before using sieve it with siever. You can made sweet and salty both type of dishes.

Rajdhani Besan
I would like to share my cooking experience with Rajdhani brand besan. I tried to prepare Khaman Dhokla with Rajdhani besan. The Khaman turned up very fluffy and soft.
