Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add curd, suji and besan . Mix it well.
  • 2. Now add all the chopped vegetables and spices.
  • 3. Keep it aside to rest for 45-50 minutes.
  • 4. Check the consistency of batter. If required add water.
  • 5. Heat nonstick tawa, pour 1 ladle full batter on tawa. Gently spread it.
  • 6. Cook on medium flame till it becomes golden from both the sides.
  • 7. Serve it with sauce or any chutney.
