Ingredients For Aate Ka Sheera (Halwa) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat one heavy bottom wok, add ghee and heat it. Add flour and roast it until aromatic and changes colour to brown.
  • 2. When it’s reached to golden brown to brown color add two cups of warm water and mix it well so that no lumps remain.
  • 3. Once the water gets absorbed add sugar and mix well so that sugar gets mixed evenly.garnish with cashews and almond slivers and serve hot.
