Ingredients For Akki otti(roti) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Knead cooked rice along with rice flour and salt.
  • 2. Add water little by little and knead to a dough consistency.
  • 3. Make small balls, flatten in between your palms and roll into rotis.
  • 4. Put these rolled rotis on a hot tawa and cook on either side. Finally flip on direct flame for rotis to puff up.
