Firstly take raw peanuts, dry roast till nicely browned and the outer skin starts to come out. Then add 1/2 cup almond and dry roast few minutes. Then transfer into the bowl. In the same pan add 1/4 cup coconut and fry few seconds. Let it cool down completely.

Rub the peanuts with your hands and blow away the skin, this is the easy way to remove the skin. I skip it.

Then take peanuts and almonds in a mixer and give a quick grind asfine as possible. It will be slightly coarse only. Then add coconut and blend it in two pulses.

Now scrap the sides, add jaggery and then grind it again.Do not grind furthermore as it might let out oil and mightturn sticky. This is the most important step in this peanut ladoo ...So becareful.

Transfer this to a bowl, and add cardamom powder and ghee.
6.
Mix well and break the lumps formed.Finally, shape them into small balls. Similarly, make theother ladoos too. Delicious peanut ladoo is ready to serve.enjoy......
