Methods

How to make American sweet corn Italian style Recipe

1. Boil American or any sweet corn for 5 minutes.
2. Take the sweet corn in a fresh bowl and add chopped capsicum,black pepper,chilli flakes ,chopped tomato,salt,pizza masala,chaat masala,cheese and mayonnaise as per your taste.
3. Mix the above ingredients. Then cut open the top part of a capsicum and put the corn mixture in the capsicum as shown in the cover image.
4. Microwave it for 2 minutes. Remove it and again garnish it with pizza seasoning if required.
5. Your creamy Italian style American sweet corn is ready to be served.
