Methods
  • 1. Add rice into the boiled milk and let it simmer.
  • 2. Add pomegranate seeds, cardamom powder, sugar, beetroot and cook till the rice and the milk are combined well.
  • 3. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and pomegranate seeds in a bowl and serve hot.
  • 4. It tastes well if served chilled.
