Ingredients For Anjeer Mawa Matka Kulfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, whisk 1/2 cup milk powder with 1/4 cup milk.
  • 2. In a pan heat ghee, add above milk powder mixture, mix it well on low flame till it gets semi thick.
  • 3. Now boil 500 ml milk in other pan, reduce it to 3/4 th.
  • 4. Now in another pan, caramalised whole sugar on low to medium flame ,then pour the boiled 500 ml milk to it.
  • 5. Mix well, boil it on low to medium flame till it gets thick, add sago powder/ cornflour slurry to it with, anjeer paste mix well boil it.
  • 6. Now switch off the flame, then add the prepared khoya to it and whisk all well with hand mixer.
  • 7. Lastly add chopped anjeer, let this mixture come to room temperature.
  • 8. Pour the above mixture in matkis
  • 9. Set it in freezer for 9-12 hours.
  • 10. Serve it with garnish of chopped anjeer and rose petals.
