Methods
  • 1. First make caramel with sugar and molasses in a pan and pour into a container, Break when cold,
  • 2. Make batter with flour, eggs, coconut milk. Leave it for a while. (10/20 minutes)
  • 3. In a pan, shake with butter, almond powder, apple powder, rose petal powder, khoyakheer, cardamom powder.
  • 4. Mix 1 teaspoon of batter with oil in a pan and make it like a pancake . Cut it into rounds
  • 5. Now press the caramel powder, honey, apple mixture on the pancake with another pancake.
  • 6. Make 3/4 layers in this way
  • 7. Then place on a plate and serve.
