Ingredients For BADAM Kesar Rabri Kulfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, put the almonds in a mixer grinder and grind them finely.
  • 2. Add milk and milk powder to a heavy bottom pot and mix well. Now keep it on gas and cook on low flame till it becomes thick. Keep stirring continuously.
  • 3. Add milk made and saffron. Mix it well.
  • 4. When the milk becomes slightly thick, add almond paste , sugar and cardamom powder to it. Stir it continuously. Cook on low heat.
  • 5. Turn off the gas and let it cool down, add pistachios and tutti fruti . Transfer it in any pot or kulfi moulds. Then keep it in the freezer for 6-8 hours to freeze.
