1.
First, put the almonds in a mixer grinder and grind them finely.

Add milk and milk powder to a heavy bottom pot and mix well. Now keep it on gas and cook on low flame till it becomes thick. Keep stirring continuously.

Add milk made and saffron. Mix it well.

When the milk becomes slightly thick, add almond paste , sugar and cardamom powder to it. Stir it continuously. Cook on low heat.
5.
Turn off the gas and let it cool down, add pistachios and tutti fruti . Transfer it in any pot or kulfi moulds. Then keep it in the freezer for 6-8 hours to freeze.
