Ingredients For BADAM MILK RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak the almonds in warm water for 30-40 minutes. Peel it’s skin.
  • 2. Take a mixer jar add almonds and 2 tsp milk. Blend it to make fine paste.
  • 3. In a sauce pan heat milk. Add almonds paste, sugar, black pepper powder, cardamom powder and saffron. Boil it on low medium heat till it becomes little thick.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl. Let it cool. Keep it in refrigerator to chill.
  • 5. Transfer it in serving glasses, Serve chilled.
