Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop the spinach and methi leaves and blanch it.
  • 2. Once cooled,blend in the blender.
  • 3. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  • 4. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 5. Add green chilly and tomato.
  • 6. Add crushed garlic and mix well.
  • 7. Saute for one to two minutes and add almond paste and mix well.
  • 8. Saute till oil leaves the pan.
  • 9. Add salt and palak paste.
  • 10. Add soaked almond and saute for one to two minutes.
  • 11. Add garam masala powder and mix well.

  • 13. Serve with rice or chapati
