Ingredients For Bahushahi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add maida 1/2 tsp of sugar , baking powder mix it well.
  • 2. Now add ghee combine them together until a crumbled texture is not formed or until the dough hold the shape.
  • 3. Now into it add curd combine them together. Do not knead it.
  • 4. Now add 1/4th cup of water combine it. Do not knead it.
  • 5. Prepare a soft dough out of it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • 6. Now in a pan add 1 cup of sugar and half cup of water. Dissolve the sugar . Let it boil for 5 mins.
  • 7. Now add cardomom powder. Sugar syrup is ready cover and keep it aside.
  • 8. Now take a small ball sized dough make a dent in the center and fry all tha balushahis on medium flame.
  • 9. Fry it until golden brown and crispy. Our fav dessert balushahi is ready to eat. Enjoy!
